“Come Out from Among Them”
Pastor Fee teaches us that unlike dead animal sacrifices, walking in a life of obedience is a continuous, daily "killing" of selfish desires and old ways of living. It involves giving up personal rights, plans, and desires to allow God's will to take precedence. It requires taking up one's cross daily to follow Christ, as seen in Luke 9:23. It is expressed through serving others humbly, using one's gifts for the benefit of the church and community. It is also considered a reasonable, spiritual act of worship that honors God! Pastor Fee will be teaching from the Book of 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 and his message is entitled: “Come Out from Among Them”
